These pictures were sent to me by Stephen. It’s his Big Six pinball machine which appears to be in amazing condition. The backglass is in beautiful condition and oh did I mention its from the ’30s! I love seeing the old pinball machines pre fipper era.

I have a few more machines that I’ll add soon. In the meantime, here are some teasers.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Today concluded the Pinball Expo 2005. I wasn’t able to attend today, but I was there all day yesterday. In my opinion, Saturday is the most ideal day to attend anyway because all the pinball machines are up and playable. By Sunday, the machines for sale have mostly been taken down and sold.
There were two halls filled with pinball machines. Here are two pictures of the overall convention.

My favorite pinball machines at this convention had to be the new Lord of the Rings machine and the Monster Bash machine. They’re both amazing pinball machines with tons of features and excellent artwork. So if you ever get a chance to play either, do it.

There was also a Hercules pinball machine there which is the largest pinball machine ever made. The pinball it uses is the size of a cue ball in pool! I believe there were around 500 of them made.

This year, the tournament pinball machine was the new Nascar pinball machine by STERN. This was the first year I didn’t participate in the tournament. I was rather disappointed in this years tournament machines because in the previous pinball expos, the tournament pinball machines haven’t been released yet. Since the Nascar pinball machine has been out for a while now, people had a chance to play it and practice up for the tournament.

The 2005 Pinball Expo was a ton of fun this year and I’m definitely looking forward to next years already.
I just returned from the Pinball Expo in Chicago. Needless to say, it was amazing. So many awesome pinball machines and interesting people to go along with them. I took a ton of pictures, but I’ve got too many things going on right now to post them. I promise they’ll be up by the end of the day tomorrow.
Along with the pictures, I also took some videos of some of the more interesting pinball machines. Along with many unique pinball machines that were at the expo, the most unique was “The Pinball Circus”. Only two of these machines were ever manufactured, and I got a video of it in action. I’ll put that up along with the pictures tomorrow.
Overall, I thought the Pinball Expo this year was a big success and a lot of fun.
Please email us photographs of your pinball machine collection. We would like to post them on the website.
Sorry for the lack of updates the past few months. I’ve been busy managing a golf blog found at BeginnerGolfing.com. I’m planing on revamping the layout here @ Pinballers.com soon. Stay tuned!
